Livvis Place Playground-Timbrell park Sydney
Australia's first all abilities playground Livvi's Place in
Timbrell Park at Henley Marine Drive, Five Dock, Sydney an initiative of the City of
Canada Bay Council, Touched by Olivia Foundation and Leighton Contractors. The Playground won The Special
Community Facilities Award in recognition of Council's work and was also named the best Play Space in the
Country by Parks and Leisure Australia in 2010.
Livvis Place is a project of Touched by Olivia a non-profit organisation who's aim is to build a
network of Inclusive Playgrounds around Australia where children of all ages and abilities can join together and
play side by side.
Features of the Playground Shaded Merry-go-round, Ball Rider, Birds Nest Swing,
Xylophone, Climbing Net and Tactile touch sensory play objects.
