Livability creates a sense of Wellbeing
for everyone especially pregnant mums, young families with
kids, as well as people with sports or traumatic injuries.
Design also works for Australians with Disabilities, reduces stress
on Australia's 2.6 million strong army of unpaid carers and caters for the needs of an ageing society by promoting homes better suited to seniors.
We are proud to participate in this ground
breaking initiative as an Assessor for Livable Housing
Australia, which will see Livability features in new homes
performance rated with the Silver,
Gold and Platinum LHA Quality
The LHA Quality
Mark is set to become a trusted measure of livability for
consumers and the housing Industry.
Obvius Access will help
campaign for Livable Design Features in our New
Homes. It is an investment that makes both economic and social
sense. It also offers peace of mind and wellbeing to all.
